ManageEngine Launches 30+ Zia AI Agents in China, Plans 100+ by End of 2026

By AI123

ManageEngine, the enterprise IT management software provider, held an AI product launch event in Beijing on October 20, announcing the availability of its agentic AI capabilities embedded across its full-stack IT management portfolio for the Chinese market. The company introduced more than 30 Zia AI agents and plans to expand this to over 100 by the end of 2026. The agents will also be showcased at the ManageEngine user conference in Shenzhen on October 28.

Powered by its proprietary Zia large language model, the agents are integrated directly into products customers already use, requiring no additional AI platform purchases or workflow configuration, and incurring no extra token costs. The company said the zero-token-cost approach is tied to use of its own model and existing product features; scenarios involving third-party models such as DeepSeek will incur token fees.

On data security, agent data remains in dual active data centers in Beijing and Shanghai and is not transmitted to external third-party models, with customer data not used for model training. Agents include safety guardrails, and critical actions require manual approval. The products also support domestic databases, operating systems and mainstream models such as DeepSeek.

ManageEngine also announced an investment of 425 million yuan over five years starting from 2026, focusing on data centers, AI R&D, technical support and partner enablement. The company said it has served more than 5,000 enterprises in China with over 100 partners.
