NVIDIA and Agile Robots Unveil Humanoid Robot Reference Platform Agile ONE SN
At the GTC Berlin conference on October 21, 2026, NVIDIA announced an expansion of its Isaac open robotics development platform, introducing a new humanoid robot reference platform developed with Agile Robots. The Agile ONE SN is scheduled to launch in early 2027.
The platform comes pre-configured with NVIDIA Isaac GR00T and is powered by the Jetson Thor compute platform, delivering 2070 TFLOPS of FP4 performance and 128GB of unified memory. It is designed for robotics research and development, integrating simulation, training, and deployment tools to reduce initial setup time from weeks to days.
The Agile ONE SN is based on the Agile ONE S humanoid robot, standing 1.4 meters tall and weighing 40 kilograms. It features 31 degrees of freedom, a 3-kilogram single-arm payload, and two WUJI Hand 2 five-fingered dexterous hands. NVIDIA noted that Stanford University and ETH Zurich have expressed interest in the platform.
NVIDIA also officially released Isaac Lab 3.0, an open-source robot learning framework supporting multi-GPU training, along with Isaac OS, an open-source runtime framework built on Holoscan. Three open-source reference workflows for DGX Station were introduced, and new resources such as the SimReady Central Library and the Human 1M dataset were made available through Hugging Face.
NVIDIA CEO Jensen Huang said general-purpose robotics technology is advancing rapidly and the "ChatGPT moment" for robotics is approaching faster than expected. The update aims to provide developers with models, data, simulation tools, and compute systems for applying general-purpose robotics in real-world industrial scenarios.
