Lenovo Expands Enterprise AI Offerings with Five New Application Scenarios
On October 22, 2026, Lenovo announced the further expansion of its Lenovo AI Library, adding five new enterprise AI application scenarios covering retail, manufacturing, customer service, personal productivity, and IT operations. The move aims to accelerate the replication of proven solutions, improve deployment efficiency, and reduce application costs.
According to Signal65, one application in the library can be deployed, installed, and put into operation within a week, compared with the industry-estimated three to six months for custom AI development, making deployment up to 24 times faster than traditional approaches.
The new additions include an AI computer vision solution for retail, which leverages edge computing and AI visual analysis to turn video and operational data into real-time business insights; a manufacturing AI vision solution for identifying workplace safety hazards; an intelligent customer service super agent that integrates conversational AI, enterprise knowledge, and customer service systems; an enterprise-grade AI Claw for personal productivity; and an IT operations AI Claw with prebuilt AI skills to automate IT service processes.
Lenovo AI Library now contains more than 60 validated AI use cases and solutions across manufacturing, retail, sports, enterprise operations, and other fields. The library was first launched in October 2024 and serves as a core component of Lenovo's Hybrid AI Advantage portfolio under its Solutions and Services Group (SSG).
Lenovo said the expansion follows its "internal incubation, external monetization" model, where AI technologies are validated in its own operations before becoming customer solutions. In fiscal 2025/26, SSG revenue exceeded $10 billion for the first time, and in the first quarter of fiscal 2026/27, SSG revenue grew 28% year over year with AI services revenue achieving triple-digit growth.
