Zhiyuan Launches Heavy-Duty Robot G2 Max with 40kg Dual-Arm Payload for Industrial Use
On October 26, Zhiyuan unveiled the safety-certified heavy-duty embodied robot Lingjing G2 Max, targeting industrial scenarios such as depalletizing, material transfer, and production line feeding. The robot features a 20kg single-arm payload, a 40kg rated dual-arm payload, and a peak dual-arm payload of 50kg, with a repeating positioning accuracy within ±0.5mm.
According to the company, G2 Max has already been deployed in multiple production lines. In e-commerce warehousing settings, its task success rate exceeds 99%, handling up to 80 boxes per hour for depalletizing and 75 boxes per hour for palletizing.
The robot's arms and movements are highly human-like, equipped with a heavy-duty force control system that balances high payload capacity with precise operation. It can work around the clock for tasks such as carrying and palletizing without the need for shift rotation or night-time staffing.
At the World AI Conference (WAIC) in July 2026, JD Logistics and Zhiyuan jointly introduced the G2 Max and announced its deployment in JD Logistics' Zhilang warehouse. This marks the first deployment of a humanoid robot in a real warehouse operation scenario.
