Dutch chip startup Axelera AI has officially launched its second-generation AIPU chip, Europa. The SoC delivers 629 TOPS via 8 AI processing cores, integrates 16 RISC-V cores, supports INT4/INT8/INT16 formats, consumes 45W, and will be sold as chips and PCIe AIC.
