Town, a San Francisco-based AI assistant startup, announced on Monday that it raised $108 million in Series B funding co-led by Forerunner Ventures and Menlo Ventures, valuing the company at $1 billion. The two-year-old company launched publicly only four months ago and has reached millions of dollars in annual recurring revenue. It previously completed a $55 million Series A in June.
