Liang Jinhui, Executive Director and Greater China Chair of the World Economic Forum, said at the 2026 China-Europe Talent Forum that AI will reshape production and daily life like electricity and the internet, and that it should be guided by wisdom, ethics and values to become an engine of inclusive growth. She noted that AI is entering factories, cities and homes, and that global attention has shifted to how AI can translate into productivity gains, impacts on labor and infrastructure, and data security, calling for stronger government-business cooperation on algorithm bias and security vulnerabilities.
