China's securities regulator has disclosed the overseas listing filing approval for Hefei Youai Zhihe Robot Co., Ltd. The company plans to list on the HKEX Main Board under Chapter 18C as a specialized technology company, with CICC as sole sponsor. Based on 2024 revenue, it ranked first globally and in China among industrial mobile manipulation robot companies.
