On October 20, Weiyi Zhizao (03275.HK), an industrial embodied intelligence robot company, announced plans to globally offer 37.2758 million H shares at HK$16.63-21.46 per share, with subscription from October 20-23 and listing expected on October 28. The prospectus showed revenue of RMB 434 million, RMB 600.2 million and RMB 795.5 million for 2023, 2024 and 2025 respectively.
