Apple has acknowledged screen cracking issues on a small number of its first foldable iPhone Duo devices and said affected users can contact AppleCare for replacement, adding that the vast majority of devices are unaffected and that an investigation is underway.
Apple unveiled the iPhone 18 Pro and foldable iPhone Duo powered by its self-developed modem chip C2, which offers faster upload speeds, 15% lower energy consumption and mmWave support; it also introduced the 2nm A20 Pro chip with double the AI performance of the A19 Pro. The iPhone Duo starts at 15,999 yuan in China and $1,999 in the US.
