Xili Optoelectronics, a thin-film lithium niobate photonic chip platform company for AI data center optical interconnect, announced its Pre-A round led by Futeng Capital, with participation from Shanghai Future Industry Fund, Cornerstone Capital and others, and LightSource Capital as exclusive financial advisor. The proceeds will support TFLN photonic chip and system-on-chip R&D, product iteration and volume validation, and accelerate collaboration with AI data center industry chain partners.
