Aojie Technology Co., Ltd. has submitted a prospectus to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange for a main board listing, with Morgan Stanley and Haitong International as joint sponsors. The fabless semiconductor company, founded in Shanghai in 2015 and listed on the STAR Market in 2022, had a total market value exceeding RMB 41.9 billion as of September 18.
