On Oct 2, 2026, DSPN, an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of Zhiyuan Holdings, signed a 10-year data center hosting master agreement for 67 MW of IT capacity at the Prai AI data center in Penang, with phased delivery planned in 2027. On Oct 7, DSPN also signed an engineering letter of intent with Longmotive DC Solutions for a fixed total price of US$221.1 million, including a US$11.055 million advance payment and completion deadlines of March 31, 2027 for 26 MW and June 30, 2027 for the remaining 41 MW.
