Chaoyan Intelligence publicly released 36 research results produced by its AI system, covering AI research and embodied intelligence, with minimal non-expert human intervention and five representative studies explained.
In an interview, Chen Yongchao, founder of Apex Intelligence, said the startup recently closed nearly RMB400 million in angel and angel-plus funding, led by IDG Capital, Xinglian Capital, XtalPi and several state-backed funds. The proceeds will support foundation model development, compute infrastructure and recursive self-improvement research. He also said the company's self-evolving AI system produced 34 papers, 11 of which scored above 3 in review.
