The National Center for Respiratory Medicine and KingMed Diagnostics have jointly developed multimodal large model DeepGEM 2.0, which predicts lung cancer gene mutations from routine digital pathology slides without extra sampling, with accuracy up to 90% and pre-screening within one minute, potentially lowering genetic testing costs from thousands or even 20,000 yuan to several hundred yuan and shortening waiting time.
