Elephant Robotics

MarsCat is the world's first AI bionic robot cat, independently developed by Elephant Robotics as a home companion robot. It acts autonomously without commands - walking, running, sitting and stretching. Sixteen joints across the body (2 in the head, 3 in each leg, 2 in the tail) support interaction through touch, voice and vision; its personality develops with how it is raised, with six personality types available. It runs on a Raspberry Pi 3B quad-core processor (1 GB storage), with a 5 MP camera, capacitive touch sensors and a 20-LED cat-eye display. The 7.2 V / 6.7 Ah battery gives 2 hours of active runtime, and it recharges itself at a charging dock. Open Python/OpenCV interfaces and an SDK are provided for education, research, commercial display and secondary development.
