metaPanda

Elephant Robotics

metaPanda is a touch-responsive bionic panda companion robot in skin-friendly, hypoallergenic plush: picked up, it hugs back and emits a warm heartbeat. It responds affectionately to every touch and supports customisable wake words and naming; a single Type-C charge provides about 12 hours of continuous companionship. It has appeared on television and in media programmes. Suitable for children and the elderly as emotional comfort and an interactive toy, it offers a giant panda companion with no upkeep.
