The ICR composite robot integrates a collaborative arm, a mobile chassis and 2D/3D vision guidance for high-precision grasping and handling, delivering move-see-grasp-place operation for CNC loading and unloading, 3C precision transfer and multi-station machining. Four chassis tiers - ICR200-SV / ICR300-SV / ICR400-SV / ICR500-SV - carry 200-500 kg, with arm payloads of 3-30 kg and reaches of 800-1800 mm; laser SLAM navigation accuracy is +/-5 mm, collaborative robot repeat positioning accuracy reaches +/-0.02 mm and 3D vision positioning accuracy is +/-0.2 mm. Differential, steering-wheel and Mecanum drives are available with a maximum speed of 1.5 m/s and 8 hours of runtime, plus LiDAR obstacle avoidance, safety contact edges, multi-robot scheduling and an open API for production line integration, covering automotive, electronics, new energy, machining, logistics, food and beverage and life sciences.
