The GaoShi intelligent loading and unloading robot is unattended equipment developed for metal machining loading and unloading, meeting multi-variety, small-batch production needs and adapting to CNC machining centres of different brands as well as lathes, EDM machines and coordinate measuring machines. It holds TUV CE certification from Germany guaranteeing human-robot collaboration safety; a modular design with a choice of magazines meets the machining needs of parts of different shapes. Fully graphical interaction requires no prior experience - entering product information starts production with one click, with 1-minute product changeover, 15-minute redeployment, 120-minute operator training and on-site deployment and delivery in 2 days. Computer vision and deep learning identify and manage workpieces and process steps, IoT enables real-time production data collection, aggregation and visual management, and drawings and process files can be viewed online on the XOS human-machine control system.
