PAL Robotics

PAL RoboticsTIAGo Pro is PAL Robotics' next-generation open-source mobile manipulator, combining advanced manipulation, navigation and perception for advanced research and application development. Each 7-DOF arm features per-joint torque sensing and safety brakes with a 3 kg payload per arm (excluding the end effector), 92 cm vertical and 236 cm horizontal reach; the machine has about 23 degrees of freedom overall and a workspace of roughly 7 cubic metres. The 1-DOF lifting torso travels 35 cm; the expressive head carries a 10-inch touchscreen, an RGB-D camera and a four-microphone array. The chassis uses four Mecanum wheels for omnidirectional drive with dual LiDAR for 360 degree perception. Built on Ubuntu LTS (PREEMPT-RT) and ROS 2 with MoveIt2, Nav2 and ros2_control integrated, it supports MuJoCo and Gazebo simulation, with options including i7 + Jetson and the Allegro dexterous hand.
