AUCARI is an open-shelf delivery robot for senior care institutions, hospital wards and hotel rooms, with a three-tier extra-large tray structure; sensors fused across the chassis and trays recognise delivered items intelligently. Both single-point and continuous multi-point delivery modes are supported, with intelligent route planning linked to door and lift control for independent cross-floor batch delivery; the cloud platform issues tasks, confirms delivery and records delivery count, time and location data. The machine measures 57 x 60 x 143 cm with a net weight of 59 kg; each tray carries 10 kg over an area of 42 x 41.5 cm. Maximum movement speed is 1 m/s with a minimum passable width of 75 cm and 1.5 cm obstacle clearance. It has a 10.1-inch screen and a 20 Ah battery charging in 5 hours for 8 hours of operation.
