VERCARI is a cabinet delivery robot for senior care, providing end-to-end zero-contact loading, transport and delivery: a 6-DOF collaborative robotic arm autonomously grasps items and places them into custom containers in the drawers, and the drawers open and close automatically, so sensitive items are delivered without any human intervention. A cloud platform manages tasks while autonomous path planning, navigation and safe obstacle avoidance work with door and lift control to complete deliveries independently. The machine measures 105 x 66 x 104 cm and weighs 150 kg, with a 2 kg grasp weight and 40 kg drawer capacity, maximum movement speed 1 m/s and navigation and positioning accuracy better than 3 cm / 3 degrees. It has a 10.1-inch screen and multiple sensors including LiDAR and RGBD cameras; card or password authentication and QR-code scanning enable full-chain traceability, for senior care institutions, medical facilities, hotels and blood centres.
