TapNow Launches Glanze, AI Streaming Platform for Long-Form Content and IP Incubation
At the 83rd Venice International Film Festival in September 2026, AI creation app TapNow hosted an "AI × Cinema" event and launched Glanze, an overseas streaming platform it described as the first focused on AI long-form content and IP incubation. The company also held an offline screening of selected IP works from the first season of its "10,000 Parallel Universes" initiative.
Glanze's web version is now live, with more than 40 series available as previews and five currently serializing. The platform uses a "preview plus comic-style serialization" model: creators can first release a concept preview, then expand it into a full series or larger universe based on audience feedback. Parent company Tamar AI described the model as combining the long-term serialized relationship of Japanese manga with AI creation tools to lower the cost and complexity of building expansive worlds.
"10,000 Parallel Universes," launched by TapNow in May 2026, is a global IP incubation program. Its first season received more than 2,000 submissions worldwide. The Venice lineup included the trailer and first episode of the S-level project "Origin," along with works such as "The Last Two Robots on Earth, What Do They Chat About," the world premiere trailer of Brazilian feature "Super Me," and the trailer premiere of "Return to Tehran." Trade publication Variety gave three pages of exclusive coverage to TapNow's AI creation ecosystem.
TapNow said Glanze is meant to provide a distribution home for AI-native content, allowing creators to serialize original IP, while viewers can reserve updates and explore story settings, forming long-term interaction with creators.
