By AI123

IT Home reported on September 10 that Unitree announced the full open-sourcing of its embodied foundation model UnifoLM-WLA-1.0. The model is positioned as a next-generation general-purpose humanoid robot foundation model and has achieved state-of-the-art results in several embodied reasoning benchmarks among open-source models worldwide, while also being comparable to leading closed-source models.

UnifoLM-WLA-1.0 is built on large-scale general multimodal perception and understanding data, and incorporates interaction-centered world modeling to enhance spatial perception and understanding. In real-robot evaluations, the single model handled 64 tasks, spanning desktop manipulation and full-body mobile manipulation, and demonstrated generalization across tasks and end-effectors.
