Liu Daheng Named Head of Alibaba's Qwen LLM Project

According to the guest list of Alibaba Cloud's Apsara Conference, Liu Daheng has been appointed as the head of the Qwen LLM project under the ATH business group's Token Foundry unit.

Liu earned a PhD in computer science from Sichuan University in 2020 and joined Alibaba in 2021. He has been a core developer of the Tongyi Qianwen series of models.
