Qwen Announces Push for Personal Agent, Aiming at 300 Million Users

At the Apsara Conference on September 22, 2026, Qwen announced plans to accelerate the development of its Personal Agent. Zheng Sishou, head of Qwen product, said that since its launch in 2025, Qwen has remained committed to giving everyone their own AI assistant.

Leveraging the agentic capabilities of the Qwen 3.8 series models, Qwen is building a new Personal Agent form to deliver continuous and personalized intelligent services to 300 million users. Qwen is the large language model product developed by Alibaba.
