OpenCode Makes $60 Credit for DeepSeek V4.1 Flash Permanent

By AI123

On September 25, OpenCode launched the second phase of "Operation Cheepseek," making the previously temporary $60 credit for DeepSeek V4.1 Flash on OpenCode Go permanently available.

The credit was originally offered as a temporary fourfold increase from $15 to $60, and was scheduled to end on September 20. The OpenCode Go page now lists the credit at $60, with the original $15 crossed out.

DeepSeek V4.1 Flash, the latest model from DeepSeek, uses a 552-billion-parameter MoE architecture with 8 billion input-side activated parameters and 16 billion output-side activated parameters. It employs a new Causal Encoder-Decoder architecture and natively supports multimodal visual understanding. Compared with the previous generation, its KV cache requires a quarter of the HBM capacity and an eighth of the SSD capacity.

DeepSeek previously announced that OpenCode has fully integrated V4.1 Flash as an official partner. According to OpenCode data, as of September 25, the model ranked first in recent usage on the platform, accounting for about 13% of the roughly 2 million usage events observed.
