Meta Launches Muse AI Assistant for Small Businesses, Integrating Multiple Business Tools

By AI123

On September 29, Meta announced the rollout of Muse, an AI assistant designed for small businesses. The tool is intended to help with daily operational tasks; users can set goals such as running a business or finding new customers, and Muse provides support accordingly.

According to Meta, Muse can connect to a range of tools businesses already use, including Asana, Canva, Dropbox, Figma, QuickBooks, Notion, Shopify, Slack, Stripe, Zoom, as well as Facebook and Instagram accounts. Once authorized, Muse can learn about a business's brand, products and customer needs and offer relevant assistance. Meta stressed that any publishing, sending or spending actions require user approval.

Meta previously launched Muse as a personal AI agent. The company said this expansion aims to help small businesses leverage AI for more business processes, and that more integrations and features will be added in the future.
