EliseAI raises $350M at $4B valuation, doubling valuation

By AI123

EliseAI, an AI startup that automates administrative and operational work for housing and healthcare companies, announced on September 29 that it has raised $350 million at a $4 billion valuation, double its valuation from its Series E round in August 2025.

The round was co-led by Andreessen Horowitz and Bessemer Ventures. Founded in 2017, EliseAI said its software is used by one in six apartments across the U.S., and it passed $200 million in annual recurring revenue (ARR) this summer.

Earlier this month, the company launched Apollo, an AI “teammate” built into the EliseAI platform to help with tasks such as leasing, maintenance, and renewals. Co-founder and CEO Minna Song said Apollo can act across every role on a property team because it is natively integrated into the same platform.

On the healthcare side, EliseAI automates patient-related paperwork for specialty physician groups, from the first inbound call through referrals, scheduling, insurance verification, chart prep, and follow-up. Song said the company focuses on housing and healthcare because they are two of the largest expenses for American households.
