ZoomInfo Acquires DoubleO.ai to Bring Reliable AI Agents to Go-to-Market Operations
BOSTON, September 30, 2026 – ZoomInfo (NASDAQ: GTM), an all-in-one AI go-to-market (GTM) platform, announced the acquisition of DoubleO.ai, an agentic orchestration platform designed to help teams build reliable multi-agent automation.
Founded in 2024 by Derek Osgood and Karthik Suresh, DoubleO.ai has been used by Fortune 500 companies and well-funded software firms to run GTM workflows. Its capabilities include tracking and engaging champions who change jobs, and converting closed-won deals into new pipeline by finding lookalike customers and automating engagement with the next best customer.
The two founders previously built Ignition, a GTM operations platform later acquired by Klue. After experimenting with early AI agents for tasks such as voice-of-customer analysis, they identified the lack of shared context and coordination among agents as a key gap, leading them to establish DoubleO.ai in 2024.
ZoomInfo brings more than 100 million companies, 500 million contacts, and billions of signals of B2B context. By combining its GTM Context Graph with DoubleO.ai's orchestration layer, revenue teams are expected to run complete GTM motions end-to-end with AI agents, from signal to action.
"Every revenue leader has seen an AI agent demo. Almost none have seen it actually run a real GTM motion end-to-end," said Henry Schuck, Founder and CEO of ZoomInfo. "DoubleO.ai built the orchestration layer that lets agents actually take a GTM motion end to end."
Derek Osgood, CEO and Co-founder of DoubleO.ai, said most companies building agents remain stuck with demos, while DoubleO.ai was built to run complex workflows reliably every time. "The one thing I desperately wanted while building it was ZoomInfo's Context Graph. It was the one unlock we never had."
ZoomInfo also offers GTM.AI, a headless GTM context layer that provides API and Model Context Protocol (MCP) support for AI agents, powering integrations across Salesforce Agentforce, HubSpot Breeze, Microsoft Copilot Studio, Claude, ChatGPT, and others.
