Galaxy General's ET1 Humanoid Robot Goes on Sale for Consumers at 79,000 Yuan

By AI123

On October 2, 2026, Galaxy General Robotics put its consumer-oriented ET1 humanoid robot on sale, offering three versions: the base model at 79,000 yuan with 26 degrees of freedom, the Pro at 139,000 yuan with Nano 40TOPS, and the flagship at 179,000 yuan with NX 100TOPS.

The ET1 is powered by the company's self-developed AstraBrain-WBC general cerebellum foundation model and AstraBrain "Galaxy Brain" system. It supports learning by watching and real-time replication of human actions. The robot can extract movement patterns from human demonstrations and convert them into executable motor skills. Galaxy General has accumulated one million hours of human motion data to train its embodied intelligence models.

In the current market, humanoid robots are roughly segmented into consumer-grade products at 20,000-30,000 yuan, semi-professional models at 80,000-120,000 yuan, professional models at 120,000-200,000 yuan, and research/industrial-grade robots above 300,000 yuan. The ET1's 79,000 yuan starting price fills the gap between consumer and professional tiers. The company said the product is not simply lowering costs, but improving intelligence through embodied AI models and data systems.

Earlier, Galaxy General collaborated with Tsinghua University and Peking University on robot motor learning research that won the IROS 2026 Best Entertainment and Amusement Paper Award. The ET1 adopts Unitree motor solutions and has demonstrated human-robot interaction at the 2026 China Open tennis event.
