110 AgiBot humanoids dance in sync to set Guinness World Record

By AI123

Chinese robotics company AgiBot has staged a large-scale synchronized dance performance involving 110 of its full-size Expedition A3 humanoid robots in Jinan, China. The nearly six-minute show, which reportedly earned a Guinness World Records title, featured jumps, flips, wave patterns, and formations that spelled out countdown numbers.

According to AgiBot, all robots used in the performance were production units. The company said its LinkBots control system and ultra-wideband positioning technology kept the fleet coordinated to the centimeter.

The record falls under the category of most humanoid robots dancing simultaneously, separate from the 2018 record of 1,372 small robots dancing at once. The display comes as China's humanoid robot sector expands rapidly, with more than 40,000 units produced in the first half of 2026 across over 400 models, and annual output expected to reach 100,000.

AgiBot said the performance was less about dance and more about demonstrating its ability to coordinate a large fleet of humanoids on a complex task. The company plans to deploy the A3 in areas such as public services, tourism, research, and education.
