Nvidia and Foxconn have for the first time showcased robot-automated manufacturing for complex GB300 processes, including busbar and multi-connector assembly. Busbar assembly success exceeds 95%, multi-connector insertion success is about 90%-95%, assembly time targets are within 124 seconds, four-connector insertion within 72 seconds, and overall production cycle time does not exceed twice that of skilled manual workers.
