Schneider Electric has announced an all-cash acquisition of U.S. software company PTC for approximately $22.6 billion, or $205 per share, a premium of over 40% to PTC's last closing price. The deal is expected to close in Q3 2027, with bridge financing provided by Morgan Stanley and Societe Generale.
