Vantora, formerly UP.Labs, has received a $100 million investment from Silversmith Capital Partners. It creates startups for corporate clients such as Alaska Airlines and Porsche, and is now more focused on physical AI, shifting to a “proprietary M&A pipeline” model that allows corporate clients to fold startups into their core businesses.
