On September 14, at the Scientific Data Forum of the 2026 Pujiang Innovation Forum, the Shanghai Declaration on open sharing of scientific data in the AI era was launched, calling for a global scientific data governance ecosystem that is open, inclusive, secure and collaborative, and advocating eight action directions.
