OPPO announced a partnership with AI agent platform Manus, integrating Manus' agent capabilities into the new agent mode of AI Mind Pilot. The feature will debut on OPPO Find X10 series phones with ColorOS 17, supporting multi-step task decomposition and on-device processing.
Manus announced the Manus Flex Inference Partner Program, with OpenRouter, Fireworks AI, and Modal as initial inference partners. Users can add their own keys in Manus Flex to call selected models through these providers, alongside large language model providers for broader model choices.
Manus announced the 2.0 update, featuring its self-developed Cascade Agent framework with lower token consumption, shorter completion time, and reduced operating costs, along with a cloud computer option, an upgraded Manus Studio, and a new personal agent app Cue. The company also said it is building a team for domestic products and cooperating with domestic model vendors and ecosystem partners.
According to Bloomberg, AI startup Manus is close to completing a $500 million funding round that would double its valuation to $4 billion, marking its first fundraising since splitting from Meta and making it China's highest-valued AI agent startup. Negotiations are ongoing, terms may change, and new investors have not been identified.
