Anthropic Launches Study to Learn What Users Want from AI

Anthropic has announced a new study using Anthropic Interviewer to learn about users' experiences with AI, what role they want AI to play in their lives and the world, and what they expect from companies building AI.

The study runs from Sept 29 to Oct 6 and is open to Free, Pro, and Max users on Claude and Claude Code. Participants can choose to make their responses public, allowing anyone beyond Anthropic to learn from them. Last December, 81,000 people shared their hopes and fears about AI in the largest qualitative study ever conducted.

According to the company, the findings will shape The Anthropic Institute's research and inform its decisions.
