CloudMinds has signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Taobao Flash Shopping to scale up food delivery robots in enclosed scenarios such as apartments and hotels. The two parties will cooperate on product development, operations, and technical integration, with riders delivering orders to lobby handover points and robots completing in-building delivery, supported by CloudMinds' UP platform and HDOS system for multi-robot scheduling, elevator coordination, and access control.
