Teradyne announced the launch of the UltraFLEXplus S-Series semiconductor manufacturing equipment platform, an extension of the UltraFLEXplus platform designed for edge AI applications. The first model, UltraFLEXplus S24, is a 24-slot system targeting IDM and OSAT manufacturers.
